After graduating from the École Hôtelière in Nice and gaining experience that reflected the precision training he had undergone, he had the privilege of working for Yves Saint Laurent for several years—a major milestone for him—before heading to Brussels to manage the restaurant of another great man - Pierre Cardin.

As an aesthete with an expert command of beauty and the subtlety of human relations, luxury real estate was a natural choice for Yves-Marie, and it is thanks to this insatiable drive where others are concerned that he has thrived in the sector over the past 15 years. Passionate, sincere, a man of integrity... all of these characteristics made him a great addition to the Varenne team.
